I have warmed up a couple of times and gone through drills and treated them as if they were the Real Thing. But who was I kidding?
This is it. No turning back now. So many things to say goodbye to and yet so many things wait for us on the horizon.
I guess there is no more to say.
Tomorrow, we will start Kindergarten.
STOP IT!! You are making me cry!!
ReplyDeleteIt's just so exciting.

ReplyDeleteI totally feel for you. I can only imgagine how hard and yet in some small way how exciting it will be too. Don't cry until after you drop him off. Take lots of pictures too. Then let us know how it went! I can't believe that Nate the Great is starting Kindergarten. How is it possible?

I feel your pain. Olivia started today. It is surreal. We watchied home video of her as a baby and as a one year old this morning. I can't believe she is so old! What happened?
ReplyDeleteIan started today. Ugh. I'll blog about it when I get a chance.
ReplyDeleteI hyperventilated on Eric's first day of schoolat the prospect of being alone, what was I going to do with myself...Didn't last too long.
ReplyDeleteHave fun, take pictures!!!
Blessings

I used to keep the girls' daily schedules up on the fridge so I'd know what they were doing at all times when I wasn't at the school. Crayl made fun of me for it but it really helped me feel like I was with them.
ReplyDeleteBe strong, my friend. Or homeschool. Life is full of choices.
Well?? Are you home yet? Were there tears?? We still have two weeks... TWO WEEKS! Good grief.
ReplyDeleteBut who's counting?
My "Oh my gosh" moment will soon be here too! And that is why I have been filling my days with fun activities with my girls because soon those days will be over! I am so sad to be saying goodbye to Alexis' preschool years and hello to school age years! Please tell me this isn't really happening!
