Day is Done

The pumpkins have been carved.
Candy tucked away in ziploc bags.
Costumes have been tossed aside on the couch.

We survived Halloween!
(Now, will we survive November and NaBloPoMo?)

  2. awww... too, too cute. Our pumpkins were only lit two nights for a few minutes each. It's been too breezy! But I worked so stinkin' hard on them that I may pretend it's still October and light them the next few nights as well. So, there.

  3. Yep, go for it.
I personally think pumpkins are an appropriate decoration all throughout November. Even if there's a scary face carved in it!

  5. block letters in pumpkins! What a great idea... Today has been that sort of day for me. Tons of great ideas of what people did, and yet Halloween is an entire year away. If only the world had shared her wisdom last Thursday!!!

  6. Ahhh. We carved a pumpkin but, I don't know, it had puckered up and caved in after 3 days. Must be the dryness here. Didn't even last until Halloween. Yummy toasted seeds, though. :-)

  8. I'm sad becasue we never did get around to carving pumpkins this Halloween. We never even made it to a pumpkin patch! So sad. First the flood at the Nates Butt farm then the fires! Sheez!

Your pumpkins are adorable! I also like the carving out your letter idea.
